There's a slow, slow train comin' up around the bend...

Day one of Skinny Bitch taught me to stop eating sugar. I felt like this was going to be impossible to do, so I decided to stop eating candy..which is going to be super super hard for me, but not impossible. I haven't had any candy whatsoever in the past 2 days...and for the past 2 days I've had a really bad non-stop. Am I addicted to candy and this is my body's way of telling me to eat some? I think so. Our apartment phone rang a little bit ago, and while I was standing by the table, I nonchalantly grabbed a watermelon Jolly Rancher and started to unwrap it..and then was like DUH! You can't have that. This is bad. And it's going to be hard. But I can do it.

I picked up that book and B&N once and it was fascinating!

p.s. I feel you on the candy thing. I can't eat it bc It turns me crazy and bc I am on a strict no cavities diet. lol.

Oh, and the aspartame info was so great! I haven't had a pop in like...7 years or something, but aspartame is sometimes in gum i think right? anyways, i hate it. Never again!!
